Yoav Perry @ במטבח שליJust baked this rustic multi grain bread; perhaps my best and most complex bread thus far. Used a combination of whole wheat + dark rye + bread flours. Embedded rolled oats, Dutch caraway, oat bran and roasted sunflower seeds. Instead of water, i used fresh whey from my cheesemaking. Fermented into slight sourdough over 17 hours. This is sooooo
